Our goal is to help providers build compliant, sustainable organizations with the systems needed to operate successfully.
Your organization may benefit from consulting support if you are starting a new behavioral health agency, pursuing certification or accreditation, preparing for an audit, experiencing billing or compliance concerns, or struggling to develop effective internal systems.
Ohio Premier Group can also assist established providers that need help correcting operational gaps, improving documentation, expanding services, strengthening reimbursement processes, or preparing for growth.
We begin with an initial consultation to learn about your organization, services, current stage of development, and specific challenges. We then identify the requirements that apply to your project and develop a customized scope of work, timeline, and pricing structure.
Once the plan is approved, we begin the project and guide your organization through each required phase.
Our process is structured around each client’s needs and may include:
- Assessment: We review your organization’s current structure, services, documentation, and compliance needs.
- Planning: We create a customized action plan with clearly defined responsibilities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Development: We help build or strengthen policies, procedures, applications, systems, and operational processes.
- Implementation: We support your team as new systems and requirements are put into practice.
- Review: We evaluate progress, address remaining gaps, and prepare your organization for its next stage.
- Ongoing Support: When requested, we provide continued consultation, compliance monitoring, billing support, and operational guidance.
The timeline depends on the project’s scope, the organization’s readiness, and the requirements of outside agencies. A focused project may take several weeks, while certification, accreditation, Medicaid enrollment, or full agency-development projects may take several months.
Some timelines are also affected by application reviews, government processing times, payer credentialing, and the client’s ability to provide requested documents. Before beginning, we establish an estimated timeline and project milestones.
Ohio Premier Group specializes in behavioral health, mental health, substance-use, and community-based human services. We primarily support organizations seeking to develop or improve services involving therapy, case management, community psychiatric supportive treatment, therapeutic behavioral services, day-treatment programming, respite, and related community-based programs.
Our experience allows us to understand the operational, regulatory, billing, and documentation requirements unique to healthcare and human-service providers.
Fees are based on the scope, complexity, and expected duration of the project. Ohio Premier Group offers several pricing structures, including:
- One-time consultation fees
- Hourly consulting
- Fixed-fee project packages
- Monthly consulting or management retainers
- Customized startup, accreditation, credentialing, and billing packages
After the initial consultation, clients receive a clear proposal outlining the services, responsibilities, timeline, and fees associated with the project.
Ohio Premier Group cannot guarantee approval, certification, accreditation, credentialing, reimbursement, or other decisions made by government agencies, accrediting bodies, Medicaid plans, or third-party organizations.
However, we provide informed guidance, practical systems, and hands-on support to help clients understand applicable requirements and prepare strong, complete submissions. Successful outcomes also depend on the client’s cooperation, timely completion of responsibilities, accuracy of information, and continued compliance.
